Dry bakuteh, anyone?
For the first time in my life, I tried the dry bakuteh very near my house, and it was superb! My goodness, I mean, I heard of it like for so many years from friends, but only got to savour the delicacy last night. I'll definitely make it one of the items on my favourite foods list :)
